Order at any hour at erp.indoswissmed.com — on a phone or a computer, with nothing to install. Any new account can buy for cash from the first order.

    Sign up

    Open erp.indoswissmed.com, press Customer Login, enter your mobile and the one-time code. Three fields — business name, one way to reach you, the code. Nothing to install.

  2. 2

    Build your indent

    Press New Order. Every item shows your own rate and the pack it is sold in. Add whole packs with the − and + buttons; your basket total updates as you go.

  3. 3

    We pick and pack

    Your order appears as Pending Review and you can track it under My Orders. Nothing is billed and no stock moves until we pick it.

  4. 4

    Accept the delivery

    Your login shows a 4-digit code when the goods reach you. Give it to our driver, or press Confirm Goods Received yourself. Never share the code before the box is in your hands.

  5. 5

    Invoice and payment

    We raise the invoice once everything is delivered; it appears in your login. Pay by cash, UPI or transfer and record it under Pay / Advance. My Statement is downloadable any time.

Cash today, credit later

Cash is immediate; credit is earned. A credit limit is considered only after two to three completed transactions settled on time, and only once your KYC profile is complete. Your own profile screen shows a completion percentage and lists exactly what is still needed:

  • Business name as on your GST certificate or licence
  • Mobile number, verified by the one-time code
  • Contact person for orders and payments
  • Full delivery address including state
  • GSTIN or PAN — either is accepted
  • KYC documents: drug licence, GST certificate, address proof

Terms of supply

Minimum order value
₹5,000 per invoice for free delivery. Below this, delivery is charged at actuals or goods may be collected from our Kadapa godown.
Prices
The figures in this catalogue are M.R.P., not our selling rate. Trade rates are quoted separately, per customer, and depend on volume and payment terms. All rates are ex-factory Kadapa and exclusive of GST.
GST
5% on all supplies (HSN 9018). Within Andhra Pradesh, CGST 2.5% + SGST 2.5%; outside the state, IGST 5%. Your registered delivery address decides which applies.
Order quantity
Items are supplied in whole packs. The order screen shows the pack size and adds or removes one pack at a time.
Payment — new accounts
Cash, UPI or bank transfer on delivery, or advance against the order. Every self-registered account starts here.
Credit
A credit limit is sanctioned only after two to three repeated transactions settled on time, and subject to a complete KYC profile and approval by our Sales Head. Credit is a facility, not an entitlement.
Credit holds
An order that would take the account past its sanctioned limit can still be placed, but delivery is held until the outstanding is cleared, the limit is raised, or that order is prepaid.
Delivery
24–48 hours in Kadapa town; 2–3 working days elsewhere in YSR District, subject to stock. Outside the district, quoted separately.
Proof of delivery
Goods are accepted using the 4-digit code in your own login, or by pressing Confirm Goods Received there.
Bulk quantities
Slab rates apply on full-box and multi-box quantities. Ask for a written quotation.
Returns
Sterile single-use disposables cannot be returned once the pouch or shipper is opened. A manufacturing defect, short supply or wrong despatch must be notified within 7 days of delivery with the batch number, and will be replaced or credited.
Batch and expiry
Every unit and shipper carries its batch number, manufacturing date and expiry. Please check these on receipt.
Title and risk
Title passes on full payment. Risk passes on acceptance of delivery.
Jurisdiction
All transactions are subject to Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh jurisdiction.
